International Week on Contemporary Music is an international contemporary music festival which extends on over 7 days full of concerts, street-happenings, art-installations, experimental music happenings, experimental contemporary dance and art.

 

For our client we organised for two annual editions more than 30 events during each week of festival with more than 100 artists in over 20 different venues around the city. We managed the transport and accommodation and all the hospitality services for the international guests as well as for the Romanian artists.

 

We managed the production of the events together with Festival’s partners, built the pr strategy and deal with the press relation. We also provided creative services for it promotional materials and the branding of the festival.
